1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Digital Products & Subscriptions

Kabuki Legacy offers digital strength training programs, educational content, and subscription-based coaching resources. All products are delivered electronically. Upon successful payment:

• You will receive access to purchased content through our platform or app.
• Access is granted to the individual purchaser only and is non-transferable.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
• You are responsible for cancelling your subscription before the next billing cycle if you do not wish to be charged.

3. Payment & Billing

All transactions are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. By completing a purchase, you authorize Kabuki Legacy (via Stripe) to charge your provided payment method for the amount displayed at checkout, and for recurring charges if you subscribe to a recurring plan. You agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and within our digital programs — including text, video, graphics, training methodologies, program structures, and branding — is the exclusive intellectual property of Kabuki Legacy and its coaches. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use purchased content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any content.
• Share login credentials or program access with others.
• Use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
• Record, screenshot, or redistribute video coaching content.

5. Health & Fitness Disclaimer

The training programs, coaching advice, and educational content provided by Kabuki Legacy are for informational and fitness purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Before beginning any new exercise program, you should consult with a qualified healthcare provider, particularly if you have any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries.

By purchasing and using our programs, you acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risks, and you voluntarily assume all risk of injury or harm. Kabuki Legacy, its coaches, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of our content.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use our website or services to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Transmit unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our platform.
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the site.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kabuki Legacy and its coaches, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Oregon.

We operate from the United States and make no representation that our services are appropriate or available in other locations. If you access our services from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
